Brief Job Description:
Biltmore Forest Country Club has several introductory internships available. Introductory interns will rotate through the food and beverage department acting as a la carte and banquet servers, dining room hosts, poolside café attendants, front desk receptionists, bartenders and cocktail servers. Interns will shadow in various departments including, but not limited to: golf, tennis, fitness, accounting, human resources, and catering. Introductory interns will be given the opportunity to return as supervisory interns in 2012, adding to their experience and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a four-year hospitality school.
