Anthony began his hospitality career in the hotel industry working at the Omni and Ritz Carlton Hotels in Atlanta. He joined a fast growing private club management company and over 8 years worked his way to Assistant Director of Operations supervising 15 clubs in 6 states. Later came GM positions in Athens, GA and Jackson, TN and now Hendersonville, NC, where he just completed his 20th year. Hendersonville Country Club is a 90 year old, private, member owned club with 1,050 members. The club has 120 employees in the full season. The club excels with a high quality F&B operation, active golf participation, and a high value equation for the members. The club has been successful retaining hospitality minded employees who enjoy our culture of friendly service. Anthony has been married 35 years to his high school sweetheart, Kelly. They raised a daughter who earned degrees from UNC Ch and NYU and is currently a theater artist in NYC. Kelly and Anthony also have an adult son with multiple disabilities. Kelly is a full time caregiver to their son. In Anthony's 35 years of club management, he has 9 former department heads who became general managers of private clubs.
