Club Information:
Lake Toxaway is a private mountain community located just minutes from Cashiers, Highlands and Brevard N.C. in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Lake Toxaway community has a rich history that dates back to the early 1900's, when prominent turn-of-the century families retreated to the area to embrace the unspoiled beauty of Mother Nature and enjoy the company of dear friends and family.

One of the club's most unique benefits is its location. Nestled in the heart of North Carolina's most beautiful, unspoiled mountains, the club is conveniently located just a short drive from major metro areas such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Asheville and Columbia, SC., making it a desired and easily accessible weekend and summer retreat for families.

The clubhouse transformation encompassed the joining of two existing buildings into one state-of-the-art, energy-efficient facility, including an all-new façade and roof.  The inspiration for the design is a "Lakeside Lodge" theme featuring cedar shake siding, stone accents and attractive trim details.

Inside, the clubhouse provides members with multiple dining and social venues, including a casual grille with inside and outside walk-up bar service, expanded covered patio seating with spectacular lake and golf course views and a main ballroom with a large gable window and covered porch with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Following the renovation, the club was honored by Golf Inc. with a prestigious "Golden Fork" award, which recognized the dining facilities at Lake Toxaway Country Club as a Most Improved Restaurant in the private club category.

Lake Toxaway Country Club is a seasonal club typically opening the beginning of April and closing the end of November.  Lake Toxaway is a second home community with the Club as its' social hub offering first class amenities and a full calendar of social events plus numerous dining opportunities designed to appeal to every member of the family.  The Club's newest dining venue is the Lake Club Grille adjacent to the Club's all new pool and youth activities area.  A unique menu along with a large pizza oven offers members another outdoor dining experience venue and to go options.  The Club has a very active membership allowing management the opportunity to showcase food and beverage offerings.  F&B focuses on Social events including a la carte service, themed buffets, extravagant wine dinners, cocktail parties, catering events, weekly member events, galas, and more.
