There are several points of hosting the Young Manager Panel, one of which is to get students engaged and excited about our industry. We use the panel as a learning opportunity but also a networking opportunity. Typically, managers from all over the Carolinas and Georgia area attend this event and stay to network with students afterwards. We have some great panelists already lined up, but we need YOU in the audience and available to network with students directly following the panel. The only way we can grow our industry is to invest in young professionals, and this is where we start! Also, this is a great opportunity to meet students who are going to be looking for internships this summer! You can start the pipeline of talent now for your club. I know that student development is of importance to you and I would be incredibly grateful if you and/or anyone on your leadership team can attend as an audience member for the panel and stay for networking afterwards.
