10:15am: Why resume writing is more than a tool to get a job, why you are one of one, celebrate your success, lollipop exercise to take back to your club
11:15am: break for 15 mins (snacks) 
11:30am: Players only: closing the doors and talking about things that you dont feel comfortable discussing with your coach, team leader, or GM. Discussing with fellow peers: circle of trust, discuss without fear of looking opportunistic or feeling bad for not knowing; budgets, HR, board rooms, & career progression 
12:40pm: Q&A 
1:00pm: Optional Club Tour
