Program Summary:
My name is Palmer Quimby and I am the founder\operator of Munkle Brewing co. I found the love of brewing with my Uncle who was a Monk for 6 years. His passion, opened my eyes to the world of brewing which made me realize I needed to be a part of the brewing industry. 

We focus mostly on Belgian beers but also will dip our toes into German/ English styles. We will choose 3 to 4 beers that best represents us, and discuss how our beers differ and stand out from the rest of the beers in the market.
