Petesy Reynolds

Petesy is from Myrtle Beach, SC, is a USC alumni, has served in the U.S. Air Force, and is a Vietnam Veteran.  He is married and has two children and six grandchildren.

Petesy's business experiences include:

 Life insurance sales
 Real estate as a salesman, a broker, and a sales manager
 President and co-owner of a construction company
 Sales executive and leasing agent in outdoor advertising
 Banker - as a loan officer and branch manager

In 1988 Petesy founded and became President of ACTIONS & ATTITUDES. The Mission of ACTIONS & ATTITUDES - To inspire, equip and challenge people, companies and organizations to achieve the successes they desire.

Program Summary:   

Effectively managing people to produce the levels of products and services members expect today can be frustrating and difficult.  The better equipped a manager is to effectively manage his or her people, the less frustrating and difficult his or her role can be.  This can result in improving teamwork, member satisfaction, and excellence in all club services.

  • To learn how to implement these tools and insights.

  • To learn one’s “Greatest Power”.

The overall benefits and learning objectives of this program are to equip and enable a manager to be able to improve his or her effectiveness in managing people. 

This program will be motivational, educational, enlightening, inspirational, entertaining, fun and “user friendly.” It will not leave people where it finds them.

 9:30am – 10:00am: Arrival & Networking

10:00am – 12:00pm: Presentation

12:00pm – 1:00pm: Lunch & Roundtable Discussion
