We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Hospitality leader who is ready to assist our COO/GM lead our upscale winery and tasting room, 1000 acre estate vineyard property, a 102 room hotel, a very busy "Farm to Table" restaurant and catering operation. We have a retail market and a couple other associated businesses that we also operate. We are located in the heart of North Carolinas wine country (the Yadkin Valley). We serve lunch and dinner Wednesday through Saturday and brunch on Sundays at the Harvest Grill. In addition to a busy a la carte restaurant we also host a monthly Chef and the Winemaker dinner series, we provide catering services for both on and offsite weddings, picnics and special events across our almost 1000 acre award winning estate winery.

Job Description:
The Manager will be a consummate professional that is highly skilled and experienced with upscale hospitality business, self-motivated, a people person and capable of being a hands on leader for a multifaceted and busy operation. This new manager is a teacher that consistently leads by example and continually raises the bar. We are looking for a collaborator who is a true and effective team player, someone who can help support our department managers and supervisors, a seasoned professional that will represent our brand in a positive light. This is a newly created position and will require a self-starter. We are located in a rural community just north of Charlotte and Winston-Salem, NC. We are located just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and surrounded by countless acres of our well established vineyard and beautiful park areas. We have a renovation scheduled for the Harvest Grill in January 2022 and plan to open another venue on property in 2023.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a professional that truly loves and enjoys being in the hospitality business.
  • Must be knowledgeable and passionate about wine (It's a large part of our culture.)
  • Must possess 3+ years of upscale F&B operations management. Preferably in an upscale environment, a club or resort property. If coming from a country club and you are currently an Assistant Manager, F&B Manager or Clubhouse Manager you are the ideal applicant for this opportunity.
  • Must have a passion for developing and mentoring teams and other associate team members.
  • Lives up to the standard of being a leader for our company at all times.     

Compensation:
Salary: $50 - $55K
