2016 Student Fundraising Event
"Chef of the Carolinas"

Please join us as club chefs from around the Chapter will show-off and showcase their talents as they vie for the title of "Chef of the Carolinas"; and, all funds raised will help further club management education for Carolinas Student Chapter members at: East Carolina University, Johnson & Wales University - Charlotte, Methodist University, University of South Carolina, University of South Carolina Beaufort, and Western Carolina University.


Event Details

Johnson & Wales University will be our host for the competition on Sunday, October 23 from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. in the University Event Center, located at 801 West Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Parking is available in the Cedar Street Parking Deck, located on Cedar Street between Trade Street and 4th Street. (Attire: Business casual.)


Participation Details

Be an Attendee: Tickets are $60 per person and include food, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and a vote for your favorite chef. Click here to register and to buy your raffle tickets in advance via credit card. (Raffle tickets will be sold on-site for cash/check only. Registration is limited to the first 100 attendees; registration will remain open until October 14 as space allows.)

Send Your Chef: We have club chefs competing from: Ballantyne Country Club, Carmel Country Club, Charlotte Country Club, Forest Lake Club, Gaston Country Club and Quail Hollow Club. We are still looking for 3 additional clubs to compete in this years event.
