RITZ-CARLTON PRESENTATION
This program, presented by John Cashion of The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, will be all about SERVICE EXCELLENCE.  Two programs will be given:  Service Excellence Culture and Memorable Customer Service.  
THIS WILL BE A SELL-OUT EVENT!


ACCOMMODATIONS
The Greenville Marriott will be the host hotel for this event.  We have held a block of rooms at $124/night.  The Marriott is conveniently located at I-85 and Pelham Road, a short drive from downtown Greenville.

Note:  The first and second rounds of the NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament will be held in Greenville on Friday, March 17 and Sunday, March 19.  Make your hotel reservations early!
