Athena Assessment Incorporated Woody Greene, Representative for Athena Assessment Incorporated, will lead a discussion on how to do a better job of selecting employees. He will cover applicant attributes such as job skills, IQ, personality, values, and judgment and the role they play in selecting the right people for a defined job. It has been well documented that the critical capability is a person’s judgment which will drive the choices they make while employed. Woody will spend time reviewing the more important scores on the Athena Quotient assessment so that attendees understand the power of this tool in predicting a person’s judgment.
