“Pop the Cork: The North Carolina Wine Industry is Something to Celebrate” with Christina Clark
While many think of the North Carolina wine industry as a new venture, the state actually has a rich history that has laid the foundation for today’s success and production of world class wines. The concept of “consuming local” has become all the rage in restaurants across the country and this seminar will focus on how local wine is a big part of that movement. Members will taste some of the finest wine being produced in North Carolina’s Yadkin Valley and learn about the traditional wine-making practices being applied. By the end of this session, your taste buds will be amazed at what North Carolina has to offer and you will be excited to share your new love with your club members.

“The Next Two Years: Your Growth and Opportunities” with Gene Marks

Social media. Ecommerce. Mobile payments. Building communities. Customer experience. Customer relationship management. Mobile marketing.

These are only a few of the major trends that are having a significant impact on how we do business, generate leads, sell and service our customers.

We’re looking at much change ahead. The next few years will bring big changes in the way we do business and how we drive revenues. What decisions should you be making now that will increase your company’s brand awareness, value, and increase revenues over the next two years.

It’s not just Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Apple who are leading the wave. It’s Slack, GoDaddy, IFTTT, Sage, Insightly, LinkedIn, Nimble, Twitter. It’s about the right kind of e-mail marketing. Using video to connect to your prospects. Taking advantage of new voice, chat and text tools to generate leads. Using mobile tools for search, payment and relationship building. And a few tried and true sales processes that never go away.

And of course there’s the explosive growth of cloud-based technologies, led by Customer Relationship Management. How are you touching your customers? Your prospects? How are you making sure nothing falls through the cracks? What workflows have you created to make sure customers never leave? How are smart marketers and business owners leveraging the latest services, applications, devices and processes to maximize their revenues?

In this session, Gene will explain the latest Sales and Marketing Trends that will impact your business in the next few years.

“The Number One Thing That Holds Us Back” with Sunjay Nath
This session will build part of the foundation to the 10-80-10 Principle®. If we acknowledge the way our personal bias forms our opinions and biases, we can easily be trapped by our own limiting beliefs.

The goal of this session is to help move people from Impossible to Possible. This is done by bringing to surface some of the ways our own assumptions lead to our personal biases. Once we are aware of this, we can learn to question the rules and boundaries, which are often self-imposed. By questioning the barriers and re-approaching from a different perception we can make what was once impossible, possible.

“A Strength Based Approach to Leadership: The 10-80-10 Principle” with Sunjay Nath
The 10-80-10 Principle® is a framework that allows you to increase your performance and results by focusing your energy and efforts on highest yielding activities. The Principle was created by Sunjay and it helps individuals and teams operate at a dynamic level.

Every person or group already exhibits behaviors that are Top 10 (percent) – those behaviors that lead to high performance and achievement. What people lack is the knowledge to consistently operate at that dynamic Top 10 level. The 10-80-10 Principle® rewards and grows Top 10 behaviors and eliminates Bottom 10 actions.

This session will be engaging and hands-on, as Sunjay works with the audience to identify their Top and Bottom 10 and then A.C.T. with the 10-80-10 Principle® to create greater performance levels in their lives, or within the organization. The 10-80-10 Principle® is sought after around the globe by businesses and organizations through Keynotes, Workshops, Coaching and on a Consulting basis.
