img“It’s About People: Build Your Team” with Billie Moore, Famed Basketball Coach
Fostering teamwork is a top priority for many workplaces. Business competition, customer expectations, new technology and many other developments have made it more critical than ever to use team building and teamwork in your workplace.

Just like your club, Coach Billie Moore’s success was determined by how well her team members communicated, collaborated and worked together to achieve their goals.

In this session, attendees will learn the essential steps to building a successful team and outline how to bring teamwork to your workplace:

  • Learn the process of how to build a culture in which your team members feel empowered to give feedback and direction.
  • Identify the process of how to create and maintain a motivated workplace.
  • Gain the tools needed to transform your workplace into the most successful and productive team.
  • Learn the most effective, most productive, and most rewarding way of working together.
