Program Summary: 
Enjoy a REAL talk round table discussion between OldPros and YoPros, while we enjoy some tea and crumpets!  Following that, we have a luxury tour of one of North Carolina’s finest Hotel and Spa properties – The Umstead.  

Program Schedule:
2:00 p.m. -
Begin your afternoon with some relaxing tea and chit-chat with our industry leaders on how to be your best and stay on top of your game during the hardest and most stressful times.
3:00 p.m. -
Pick the brains of The Umstead’s Leadership team as they share with us their visions and values to maintaining a Five-Star property!  We will end our afternoon with a tour of the key operations, behind the scenes at The Umstead Hotel & Spa.  

Feel free to make reservations before or after, to pamper yourself in this amazingly relaxing facility.  

***Due to capacity, this event is only open to 14 people!  We encourage YoPros to attend this very valuable mentoring centric social and educational event.  Managers – Please send your up and coming staff to attend this great event!  Every bit of mentorship helps.
