Program Speakers:

Program Summary: 
We will hear from two speakers heavily involved in the industry of organizational development with focus on how to increase overall longevity of your club as well as some of the best training and retention tips in the industry! Both will speak on this common topic but from different standpoints.

Alex Myrick is a consultant for Hospitality Management Group who has worked with many organizations on discovering strengths and weaknesses from within and helping management teams find proper solutions based on their business.  Alex will discuss the process of analysis, corrective actions, and monitoring as well as what to look for in a consultant.

Rebecca Sparks is the Director of Training & Compliance for Caliber Living, LLC, a luxury student housing property management & development organization, where she focuses on identifying areas of opportunities for teams, develops on-going training and leadership programs, and executes on organizational strategies to meet and exceed company goals.

12:15 pm - 1:00 pm LUNCH  * Round table discussion *
1:00 pm – Optional Golf (weather permitting) – please note at time of registration if you would like to golf!
