EDUCATION

LEaP Talks – Leadership Education and Professionalism – Four of our managers will present 15 minute talks about a variety of topics.  (This concept launched at our Winter Education meeting and was very highly rated!)

Manager Panel with Jon Yarbrough – Attorney Jon Yarbrough will moderate a panel of our own managers on the topic of Human Resources issues, including forms of harassment.

Doug Stewart – Doug is a certified Dale Carnegie instructor, TEDx presenter, Podcaster & Coach. He lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and 6-year-old daughter. Learn more about Doug at DougStewart919.comDoug has presented sessions for the Carolinas Chapter before and is one of our highest-rated speakers.  During these sessions he will discuss:

  • Leadership is Relationship: 

How can we make leadership more practical? Should we focus on authority and position or influence and relationship? In this talk, you will learn how to make authentic leadership more obtainable no matter what level of authority you have. 

  • From Conflict To Conversation:

Getting along with other people, especially with people we consider difficult, can be a huge challenge. So, what do we do when we encounter these challenging personalities? In this talk, you will learn how to implement practical tools that will create more understanding, less bickering and will ultimately bring clarity and harmony to the conference table and the kitchen table.  

William Jungermann – will be presenting national and regional trends of consumer beverage consumption, product categories, beverage sales opportunities, and club beverage economics.

 

NETWORKING EVENT

Saturday, March 24 

Join us at Prestonwood Country Club for a networking event with lots of great hors d’oeuvres and beverages!  Guitarist Billy Stewart will provide our entertainment.  The event will be held from 6:30-9:30 in the Magnolia Room.  Raffle prizes will be awarded to the winning ticket holders.  You will not want to miss this event!

 Attire: Business Casual, Jackets required
