Program Summary: 
This education will explore the concepts of how to hire, train and retain the right people for your organization and best practices to do so. It will finish with the process of sufficient employee development and how this impacts your employees and the organization. The very end of the session will include a mini panel discussion with Becca and Kate, led by Anita Nalepa, and an opportunity for questions.

Part Two: When to develop employees and how to do it in a way that will best benefit not only the organization but more importantly the employee.  This will help expand upon the idea that employee development does not only involve the technical aspects of the job but a lot to do with the employee themselves and their own aspirations.
